When i was younger i used to do a bit of motorbike racing and seemed to spend more time sliding along tarmac than actually racing on it .a few months ago whilst working on the forge i suddenly lost the power to grip in both hands the bar i was working on fell out my grip and set my clothing on fire (no sereous damage)the hammer flew across the workshop (broken window).the loss of power was put down to repetative strain ,when i was off because i couldnt do much i sat around reading etc my hip and knee seazed up this was put down to my old motorcycling accidents ,after much physio and tlc i'm like a new man .
