Can someone please post up information about the English Wheel, pictures and a list of every part on one like what everything or every part is and it's name and what it does?
Thanks in advance for any help given. Also if anyone has any good plans on how to make one and all then that would be really GREAT!
Thanks again. |

FMX,
Well a good placeto start might be a video, Ron Covell, John Glover or Ron
Fournier would be investment. Price will be able to give you some pointers
as he is building one now and it's fresh in his memory! There is a small
booklet by Anderson on the ewheel has some good info in it, they sell on
Ebay less than 20 bucks. Where to find the tapes? www.metalshapers.org
has a store, also you can find allot of info and see lots of pics of ewheels
there, and not to be partisan www.metalmeet.com also has lots of info and
pics, they will be also having a international get together in eastern Illinois,
at the end of October.
oh one other thing i saw on the metalshaper site that metalcrafters tools
is holding metalshaping classes in N.C. Cal Davis makes kits for ewheels
and power hammers, i got to try one of his power hammers and pretty neat
would love to have one(but where to put it?)) look up tt or terry thorne on
the metalshapers site and you can see pics of my wheel and shop.
Don't be shy about asking questions!
best way to learn is hands on |

| Thanks a lot! I really appreciate the help. I would love to find out about more events and classes around here in my area in NC that I can attend to. I am already hitting up as many hot rod shows as I can and some metal classes would be nice. Any places around Charlotte area that you know of or southeast of Charlotte? |

| We should have our wheel finished soon and I will be posting in text and pictures our learning process. I am sure that Terry will be a big part of that, I hope. |
