Team Work
First, there are a couple of guys that give 110% to help make this site happen, exist and running smooth. One is my Brother Johnnyb...without this guy none of this would be here. I have learned a lot this past few years, but everyday he seems to still impress me. Thank you Johnny!
Second, My son Chad...has committed much time in generating content from my personal library and other sources...to share with many here and our members. Database so we can better market to the industry! We're able to read it because of his hard work, Thank you Chad...(you da man:)
There are many others that work behind the scenes...creating CD's, getting technical stuff ready..trying to find creative ways to grow the site. And most importantly! We have the best guest any website could ask for. We have so many people sharing their knowledge, exchanging ideas, so all can become better at what we do.
Now for some more Good Stuff...if you have an image that you would love to show off, feel free to use the many different albums in our Gallery. If you have an image you would like to discuss. we have made it possible for all to be able to upload images..There is a limit and you'll know when you reach it:)
Rules are few,but necessary. Absolutly no advertising products on the boards. We do offer place for those who wish to advertise for a slight fee.
No bad mouthing manufacturers. No name calling:( If there is a problem and you're looking for help..the floors all yours...

Thank all of you who are involved with making this site happen. Even in the short time I have been a member, it has made me a better sheet metal mechanic. I have learned many important things here. Everyday the site seems to grow and that is very exciting! The material I have gotten here has inspired me to be the best I can be! Thanks to all the members for fielding all the answers to my many post. It has been a great help even though some of them did not pertain to the Forgotten Art. I look forward to learning and growing with all of you for many years to come. I to am, Proud to be a Sheet Metal Worker!
Thank You,

Hi, this is my first time on the forums. From my casual browsing it all looks pretty good. Good to see someone else from S.A. as well.Keep up the excellent work. I have been a "Sheety" since 1973.

| I always look to this site for insight . I wish it had more traffic. some really great stuff on this site. Although Most of my tin knocking is roof related I do dabble in other things and I'm always looking for a better way. I'm also glad to share what I've learned over my 33 years in the field. I had the privilege of learning from an old tinner who put in 56 years of tin knocking. |

Ah, thanks for the kind words. We actually have a lot of guest, I wish they would be more involved on the forums..but the good thing about this is we have a great forum, not plagued by spam as some of the other forums seem to be.
Your contributions are very much appreciated, thank you for them. I'm sure I can also speak for those that just stop in for the knowledge. We have content here, much of the stuff you can't get from the books - and we also have the books for those who just like to read:)
Thanks for sharing! |
