Lots of work to do (jobs waiting, projects at home). Today I made a 3-piece oblong to round for a customer's fireplace. I then spent the next 8 hours or so just 'tinkering'. I am trying very hard to make friends with a 75 year old elbow edger. Some days we get along, and some days we don't. Same goes for the burring machine. Am I the only one that has days like this? It's actually fun to 'waste' a day and just experiment . |

I can't remember the last time I found the time to just hang out in my shop and play around. I do plan on more shop time this winter. I had to really clean shop to make it so I could get more done...or find anything but...
I did get some time off a couple of weeks back and flew out to Los Angeles no shop work, but a lot of fun in the sun:) |
