| Does anyone use Vulcan 5.6 software and know where to change lead-in data? I have a customer using this software. He told me that his software did not add a lead-in. I took a look but did not find anywhere to change the lead size or turn it on/off. They bought the machine used & Vulcan support says they are not allowed to answer any questions without a service contract. |

This type of policy always amazes me; We want your business (but) first show us the money
I do hope you find the help here... |

| I do not understand this approach either. You can bet he will upgrade in the future and will first consider other programs and/or vendors. |

| I stopped by & found that by drawing the leads manually, the program will alter or change lead angle. It seems to try to do something. Basically it adds a lead or replaces my lead if draw one in cad otherwise nothing is added. Fittings have no leads either. They dont use many fittings anyway only cones. Almost all parts are drawn in cad. They are just adding the leads manually. |
